Building superior in-house legal ops + technology capability is critical as teams look to drive efficiencies, increase productivity and enhance stakeholder experience.

Core legal operations tasks, such as process mapping, market research and technology selection, often fall to developing lawyers or paralegals without formal experience or training in legal ops and tech.

Designed as a practical introduction to the world of design thinking, legal operations and technology, this hands-on workshop aims to build attendees’ capability and confidence to:

This workshop is suitable for:

  • In-house lawyers taking on legal operations and/or technology responsibilities;
  • As part of a best practice legal induction program; or
  • Early – mid stage lawyers looking to pivot or diversify their career towards Legal Operations.
